The Grievance Redressal Cell at RKP College of Pharmacy is a proactive mechanism developed to address and resolve issues and concerns raised by students, faculty, and other stakeholders. The Cell ensures that all grievances—academic or non-academic—are handled with sensitivity, fairness, and confidentiality, aiming to maintain a harmonious campus environment.

  • To provide a transparent and responsive system for grievance resolution within a stipulated timeframe.

Mechanism

  • Grievances can be submitted via an online portal, through written applications, or dropped in the suggestion/complaint box.
  • The committee evaluates each complaint and responds within a reasonable timeframe.
  • If required, the Cell mediates between the parties involved to reach a fair resolution.
  • Escalation protocols are followed in cases needing intervention from the principal or management.

To uphold this commitment, the college has established a well-structured and functional Grievance Redressal Committee supported by an e-Grievance Portal for easy, timely, and confidential resolution of concerns.

The system is designed to empower students, faculty, and staff by offering a digital platform where grievances can be submitted and tracked with complete transparency.

Grievance Resolution Procedure

  1. Submission to Head of Department (HoD):
    • Any grievance must first be submitted in writing (or via the e-portal) to the respective Head of Department.
    • The HoD will review and address the issue within three working days.
  2. Escalation to Grievance Redressal Committee:
    • If unresolved, the matter can be escalated to the Grievance Redressal Committee via the e-Grievance Portal.
    • The Committee will investigate and resolve the issue within fifteen working days from the date of escalation.
  3. Final Reporting:
    • If required, cases may be forwarded to the Principal or Management for further intervention.
    • A formal report is maintained for all grievances received and resolved.
